Sinem Tuncer joined the family business, ushering in a new era. She initiated the branding process by renaming the hotel "Bazlama Taş Ev." The warm and friendly family-run establishment quickly gained a reputation that spread throughout Turkey.
The establishment formerly known as Afrodit was renamed "Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı" and began offering breakfast service to the public. This marked an important turning point as we expanded our reach and began to serve a wider audience.
In the fall of 2015, Sinem Tuncer began serving breakfast on weekends at a friend's venue in Karaköy, one of Istanbul's popular neighborhoods. By bringing breakfast ingredients from Izmir every week, she extended beyond the boundaries of Çeşme, bringing the warmth and flavors of the Aegean to Istanbul.
It was a year of significant breakthroughs for Bazlama Taş Ev. The first branch opened in Nişantaşı quickly gained a reputation as a breakfast haven. The spread breakfast, enriched with 37 types of jam, 12 types of cold dishes, 3 types of hot servings, and Nurten Anne's famous menemen, attracted crowds every morning.
A second branch has opened in Nişantaşı. The newly opened Teşvikiye Branch serves as a symbol of the goal to bring the enjoyment of breakfast to more people. Guests experienced the happiness of savoring delicious breakfast in a warm and friendly atmosphere at the heart of Nişantaşı.
Sinem Tuncer's desire to share her experience and expertise in the industry led to the establishment of Bazlama Vizyon consultancy firm. Under Sinem Tuncer's leadership, Bazlama Vizyon brought innovation and dynamism to the sector by sharing insights into breakfast culture and management intricacies.
A third branch was opened in Nişantaşı. In each branch, the delicious dishes lovingly prepared by Nurten Anne were enjoyed by guests in a warm family atmosphere.
A new chapter was opened in the heart of the Aegean. With the new branch in Alaçatı, delicious breakfasts and hospitality reached more people. In the enchanting atmosphere of Alaçatı, Nurten Anne’s unique flavors were shared with a broader audience.
Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı continued to expand across different parts of the city by opening a new branch in Şaşkınbakkal, one of Istanbul's popular neighborhoods. Bringing the tranquility and warmth of the Aegean to Istanbul's bustling and lively life, it offered a new culinary destination for breakfast lovers.

A 10-decare field project was implemented in order to shape the breakfast culture of the future with a production model that respects nature. It is planned to grow fresh vegetables and fruits used in breakfasts on this large land in Çeşme.
