The establishment formerly known as Afrodit was renamed "Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı" and began offering breakfast service to the public. This marked an important turning point as we expanded our reach and began to serve a wider audience.

In the fall of 2015, Sinem Tuncer began serving breakfast on weekends at a friend's venue in Karaköy, one of Istanbul's popular neighborhoods. By bringing breakfast ingredients from Izmir every week, she extended beyond the boundaries of Çeşme, bringing the warmth and flavors of the Aegean to Istanbul.

It was a year of significant breakthroughs for Bazlama Taş Ev. The first branch opened in Nişantaşı quickly gained a reputation as a breakfast haven. The spread breakfast, enriched with 37 types of jam, 12 types of cold dishes, 3 types of hot servings, and Nurten Anne's famous menemen, attracted crowds every morning.

A 10-decare field project was implemented in order to shape the breakfast culture of the future with a production model that respects nature. It is planned to grow fresh vegetables and fruits used in breakfasts on this large land in Çeşme.
